Husky Freedom Series III Foam Wall Drive Thru Containment Berm

Husky^® Drive-Through Freedom Series III Self-Rising Berms are a unique, one-piece construction with self-rising foam end and sidewalls. No inflation, no assembly!

Sidewalls rise with the level of liquid entering the berm. Set up time is as quick as you can unfold it. This berm can be driven over from any angle without risking damage to the side or end walls. These berms are secondary containment at its easiest!

Choose from Exlon liner or XR-5 30 ounce liner. 

Exlon liner is an ethylene interpolymer alloy designed for UV resistance, heat resistance, abrasion, puncture resistance, and excellent cold cracking quality.

XR-5 liner is compatible with harsh liquids and includes low thermal expansion / contraction and superior UV / chemical resistance with tensile strength.

Do your fuel tanks come with a warranty?

Yes, all fire fighting tanks come with a lifetime warranty on welds and welded seams. Environmental tanks come with a 3 year warranty on welds and welded seams.

Estimated Product Handling: 2 to 3 days

After placing an order, customers have up to 48 hours to cancel the order unless the item has been crated and/or shipped.

Orders for large or heavy items ship via a trucking carrier. Freight delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days, allow extra time for remote locations.

The Freight Carrier or Tucking company will contact you to set up an appointment time before delivering.  Once your product leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1 business day to update.

Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 24 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone. Please retain all original boxes and packaging.

Returns (Applies to Husky products only)

• All returns must be pre-authorized and require a return authorization.  Please email sales@tankretailer.com to request a return authorization.  
• Returns are accepted for brand new and unopened products only.  No products may be returned after installation or attempted installation.
• All returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• The product must be in the original packaging and include all packaging materials, crates, boxes, and pamphlets.
• All returns include a 20% restocking fee.
• Customers are required to pay for the cost of return freight shipping.
• The final return amount will be calculated as the Purchase Price less return shipping cost less the 20% restocking fee.

Husky® Portable Containment (HPC) offers a lifetime warranty on all welds and welded seams in the firefighting product line and a 3-year warranty all welds and welded seams in the environmental product line. All warranty claims may be reviewed and inspected by HPC to determine if the claim will be honored. Pictures of the area in question should be sent to HPC to help determine if a warranty applies. If it can be resolved with a repair kit then HPC will ship (regular ground, within the upper 48 states in the USA, outside of the area or country the end-user is responsible for all shipping charges which must be pre-paid) the repair kit to the end-user for them to apply. If it is determined to be a legitimate warranty issue that cannot be repaired with a repair kit HPC will either replace the product (shipping regular ground, all shipping charges outside the upper 48 states in the USA will need to be pre-paid by the end-user before a replacement product will be shipped) or repair the product at HPC’s facility. HPC reserves the right to determine if the product can be repaired. If the product in question is to be returned for warranty repair HPC will pay only the shipping costs back to the end-user (regular ground) within the upper 48 states in the USA. The cost to ship the product to HPC will be the liability of the end-user. Outside of the area or country, the end-user is responsible for all shipping charges which must be pre-paid. HPC reserves the right to refuse any damaged claim due to end user negligence or product abuse. The warranty period will begin at the time the product is delivered to the end-user.

The express warranties set forth above are in lieu of and supersede (i) all other warranties and remedies whether express or implied, oral or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and (ii) any obligation. Liability, right, claim, or remedy in contract or tort, including without limitation product liability based upon strict liability and negligence.
Neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, cover, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business) resulting from or in any way related to the goods or services purchased/sold hereunder, this order or termination of this order. This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages or other relief sought are based in contract or tort, including breach of contract including warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort, or any other legal or equitable theory.
