ATI Tank offers transfer tanks in a range of shapes and sizes. The transfer tanks with the lowest profile heights are rectangular with the following dimensions:
*The 58-gallon tank is 7 inches shorter along the bottom where it tapers around a notch on either end.
*If you need your fuel pump to fit under the tonneau cover, choose the ATI tank notch option on the product page.
Transfer Flow makes highly durable steel tanks. Most of the Transfer Flow tanks have higher average heights. We have included the lowest profile transfer tank in the lineup below.
Dimensions:
The tank comes with a 12-volt fuel pump, Transfer Flow also offers an optional pump specifically for methanol. Keep in mind the filler neck adds some additional height to the tank.
ATTA Tank’s aluminum transfer tanks are DOT rated for diesel, gasoline, kerosene, ethanol, methanol, and aviation fuel. This tank is specifically designed to fit under a standard tonneau cover.
This tank option offers a nice combination of low profile height while still getting you good fuel capacity. The tank is specifically designed to fit underneath trucks with a roll top bedcover.
The 41-gallon tank is intended for use with roll-top covers in full-size trucks. However, it is not compatible with the 6.5-foot Dodge RAM or the 6.5-foot Ford F150.
ATTA offers a few options for its standard rectangular fuel transfer tank:

Fuelbox offers one of the lowest profile fuel tank toolbox options on the market with a height of just 17.5 inches. The fill neck is conveniently located inside the toolbox to minimize height.
If you want to use this tank as an auxiliary fuel tank, you need to purchase Fuelbox's proprietary auto fuel controller system. You could alternatively use this tank as a transfer tank by purchasing a fuel pump that can be stored in the top compartment of the toolbox.

The Fuelbox manufactures a diesel-only transfer tank that can be converted to an auxiliary fuel tank by adding the company’s proprietary auto fuel controller. This could be an attractive option if you’re not sure whether you will eventually want to transition from a transfer tank to an auxiliary one.
The Fuelbox transfer tank with the lowest profile height has the following dimensions:
The bottom tapers to 48 inches to fit around the wheel wheels. The 50-gallon tank is designed for use with 8-foot and 6.5-foot trucks by Ford, Dodge RAM, and GM.

*43 gallon size is notched with a bottom tank length of 51 inches.
