Fuel Box
The Fuelbox Under Tonneau Cover is designed to work with tonneau covers by minimizing the tank height to fit easily underneath your tonneau cover.
Bakflip and tonneau covers that stay flat above the bedrails work best with this tank.
*Canister style covers are only compatible with the 55 gallon size.
- 40 Gallon*: 53"L x 20"W x 17.5"H
- 55 Gallon: 53"L x 30"W x 17.5"H
*All Fuelbox Under Tonneau Cover Fuel Tank Toolbox Combo’s have a bottom tapered tank length of 53 inches. The larger top tank length is 62 inches long.
**Add 2.25 inches to the bottom length (53 inches + 2.25 inches = 55.25 inches) for bottom side mounting tabs.
The Fuelbox Combo
The Fuel Tank Toolbox Combo includes a rectangular design with a tapered bottom length. The fill neck is located inside the front compartment of the tank so it doesn't add any extra height to the top of the tank.
- 37 Gallon*: 62"L x 15"W x 20 "H
- 40 Gallon*: 62"L x 23"W x 20"H
- 44 Gallon: 62"L x 24"W x 22"H
- 57 Gallon*: 62"L x 20"W x 20.5"H
- 87 Gallon*: 62"L x 30"W x 20"H
*Bottom tapered tank length of 53 inches. The larger top tank length is 62 inches long. The 44 gallon size has a 49 inch notched bottom length.
Fuelbox Tool Box
The Fuelbox Wheel Well tool box fits under most standard tonneau covers.
The toolbox provides secure upper storage along with two additional pull out drawers. The tool box is available in two sizes with options for the passenger and driver side.
- PC12: 46.5"L x 12.25"W x 20"H
- PC12-EL: 60"L x 12.25"W x 19.5"H
Fuelbox Fuel Tank
The L-shaped tank is designed to work with tonneau covers that have canisters.
You need to be aware of 2.25 extra inches for the mounting tab on the length and an extra 2 inches of height for the fill cap.

The Fuel Box Auxiliary Tank
The Fuelbox Auxiliary Fuel Transfer Tank includes a tapered design that minimizes the bottom length of the tank.
