Fuelbox

Fuelbox specializes in premium truck fuel tank toolbox combos and auxiliary fuel transfer tanks. All Fuelbox combos can be utilized in two ways:

• As an auxiliary fuel tank for your diesel pickup, the Auto Fuel Controller will transfer fuel to your pickup's factory tank as you drive. 
• It will also transfer fuel to other vehicles and equipment with one of the optional transfer pump systems that mount inside the toolbox so it is secure and out of sight. 

Fuelbox tanks are fully compliant with DOT and EPA regulations for diesel pickups in all 50 states, thanks to the patented Auto Fuel Controller (AFC) system. The AFC system is easy to use and install, and for 2008 and newer diesel pickups, Fuelbox offers the Plug & Play Auto Fuel Controller, which utilizes the OBDII system.

Fuelbox offers AFC systems for all Ford, GM, and Dodge diesel pickups, making the operation of Fuelbox auxiliary fuel tanks effortless.

Finish

All Fuelbox tank's come standard with smooth or diamond plated silver.  You can add the following options to the finish:

• Charcoal black spray liner - adds a durable coat of sleek black spray liner to the Fuelbox.  This helps preserve your Fuelbox in the outdoor weather as well as makes it really stand out.

• Auto Fuel Controller Kit - automatically transfers fuel to your diesel powered factory tank.
• Plug and Play - alternative option for transferring fuel to your diesel powered factory tank.

The Fuel Tank Toolbox Combo includes a rectangular design with a tapered bottom length. The fill neck is located inside the front compartment of the tank so it doesn't add any extra height to the top of the tank. 

• 28 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 12 inches wide x 20 inches high
• 37 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 15 inches wide x 20 inches high
• 55 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 23.5 inches wide x 23 inches high
• 57 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 20 inches wide x 20 inches high
• 57 Gallon B*: 62 inches long x 20 inches wide x 20.5 inches high
• 80 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 30 inches wide x 19.5 inches high

The Fuelbox Rectangle Fuel Tank Toolbox Combo

The Rectangle Fuel Tank Toolbox includes an outside filler neck that adds a small bit of height to the FTC43 and FTC58 models. The FTC50 and the FTC60F have the filler neck inside the top toolbox.

• 40 Gallon*: 57 inches long x 20 inches wide x 19 inches high
• 48 Gallon: 48 inches long x 22 inches wide x 20 inches high
• 55 Gallon*: 57 inches long x 30 inches wide x 19 inches high
• 67 Gallon: 72 inches long x 20 inches wide x 19.5 inches high

*Add 2 inches to the height (19 + 2 = 21 inches) for filler neck and AFC plate.

The Fuelbox T-Shaped Fuel Tank Toolbox

The T-Shaped Fuelbox includes a filler neck that is inside the top compartment and reduced length on the bottom of the tank.

• 40 Gallon*: 53.75 inches long x 20 inches wide x 20.5 inches high
• 44 Gallon**: 62 inches long x 24 inches wide x 22 inches high
• 55 Gallon***: 60 inches long x 20 inches wide x 22 inches high

*Has a 43.25 inch notched bottom length.

The Fuelbox Outside Fill Neck Fuel Tank Toolbox

The Fuelbox Outside Fill Neck Fuel Tank Toolbox includes an easily accessible outside fill neck on the passenger side of your pickup.

The Fuelbox Under Tonneau Cover Fuel Tank Toolbox

The Fuelbox Under Tonneau Cover is designed to work with tonneau covers by minimizing the tank height to fit easily underneath your cover. 

• 40 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 20 inches wide x 17.5 inches high
• 45 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 23 inches wide x 17.5 inches high
• 55 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 30 inches wide x 17.5 inches high

*All Fuelbox Under Tonneau Cover Fuel Tank Toolbox Combo’s have a bottom tapered tank length of 53 inches. The larger top tank length is 62 inches long. 

**Add 2.25 inches to the bottom length (53 inches + 2.25 inches = 55.25 inches) for bottom side mounting tabs.

The Fuelbox Over Bed Fuel Tank Toolbox

The Over Bed Fuelbox offers extra room and fuel capacity by hanging slightly over the top of your pickup bed.

• 50 Gallon*: 71.5 inches long x 20 inches wide x 26.25 inches high
• 95 Gallon*: 71.5 inches long x 30 inches wide x 26.25 inches high

The Fuelbox Auxiliary Fuel Transfer Tank includes a tapered design that minimizes the bottom length of the tank.

• 40 Gallon*: 62 inches long x 10 inches wide x 19.5 inches high
• 50 Gallon*: 60 inches long x 16 inches wide x 15 inches high
• 68 Gallon*: 60 inches long x 19 inches wide x 19.5 inches high

The Fuelbox L-Shaped Auxiliary Fuel Transfer Tank

The L-shaped tank is designed to work with tonneau covers that have canisters. You need to be aware of 2.25 extra inches for the mounting tab on the length and an extra 2 inches of height for the fill cap.

• 55 Gallon: 53 inches long x 23.625 inches wide x 19 inches high
• 70 Gallon: 53 inches long x 28 inches wide x 19 inches high

The Fuelbox Wedge Auxiliary Fuel Transfer Tank

The Fuelbox Wedge offers a sleek combined with significant fuel capacity.   

• 85 Gallon: 65 inches long x 24 inches wide x 18.5 inches high

*Add 2.75 extra inches on the height (18.5 + 2.75 = 21.25 inches) for the filler neck and AFC cover.
